2–5 business days to print and quality-check your order before it ships.
Domestic Shipping
Standard delivery adds 3–7 business days. Priority and Express options available at checkout.
International
Ships to most countries via USPS First Class International. Allow 7–21 business days after production.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We stand fully behind our print quality and craftsmanship.

Common Questions
Why does production take 2–5 days?
Every piece is printed to order using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your garment is created the moment you place your order. That process takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International orders ship via USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll reprint and reship at no charge. Reach us at [email protected].
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
